Air Quality

Live indoor readings from each room — radon, CO₂, VOC, particulates, temperature and humidity. Refreshes every 30 s.

What do these readings mean?
☢ Radon (pCi/L) — radioactive gas that seeps in from the soil; a leading cause of lung cancer. Aim under 2; the EPA acts at 4+.
CO₂ (ppm) — carbon dioxide from breathing; a proxy for how stale/ventilated the air is. Fresh outdoor air ≈ 400. Under 800 is good; 1000+ feels stuffy.
VOC (ppb) — airborne fumes off paint, cleaners, new furniture and cooking. Lower is better — under ~250 is good.
PM2.5 (µg/m³) — fine particles from smoke, dust & cooking that reach deep into the lungs. Under 12 is good (EPA).
Temp (°F) — indoor air temperature.
Humidity (% RH) — moisture in the air. 40–60% is the sweet spot — too dry irritates airways, too damp grows mold.
